Your coach will create a tailored health and wellness program specific to you that will help you enhance your quality of life. Your coach will work with you to assess your current lifestyle, limitations and current behaviors and work to align them with the person that you envision in the long term. Parts of a healthy lifestyle is moving well, getting adequate amount of sleep, and enhancing your nutrition so that you can age gracefully. You and your coach, will look to at all of the areas of your life to customize your coaching journey.
